A Leading Educational Center in Dubai is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking •Human Resources Coordinator • with the following details :
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the reporting manager.
2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the candidates.
3. Document control and management.
4. Coordinating and Issuing health insurance for new joiners.
5. Ongoing recruitment and short listing of candidates.
6. Skill testing and assessments for potential candidates.
7. On-boarding for hired employees.
8.Maintaining the checklist of employees development plan.
9. Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
10. Support with procurement tasks
11. Monitor attendance and revise HR reports generated by the system.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Recruiter role.
2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
7. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
9. Professionalism and a positive attitude.
10. Bachelor's degree is required.

12. Experience and knowledge in Labour Law in UAE
Working Hours :
This is a full time role with the following working hours :
Sunday - Thursday : 10:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M
Friday : 2:00 - 7:00
Saturday : Off
