Job Description
As the HR Business Partner you will report directly to the HR Director managing all areas of business partnering and liaising with key stakeholders.Client DetailsThe client is a leading player in their industry and a large multinational operating globally, this role offers a progressive opportunity for a well verse HRBP who is looking to expand their career.DescriptionThe Key responsibilities will include
- Partnering with the business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with the
- organisational goals
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development planning.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee skills.
- Stay current on HR trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex HR issues.
