What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
Recruitment:
Sourcing CVs
Organize physical interviews
Develop the Onboarding schedule for new recruits in coordination with the various departments.
Track trial periods
Formation:
Participation in the development of training engineering (preparation of files and follow-up)
Participation in the implementation of the training plan
Management of training actions: calendar, logistics, invitations, evaluation
HR Development:
Regular update of organizational charts
Regular updating of job descriptions in collaboration with managers
Participation in the implementation of skills mapping
Participation in cross-functional HR projects
HR Administration:
Handle administrative requests from employees
Maintain employees administrative files
Time clock management and control
Requirements
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
Graduate of a Business School - you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Autonomous and responsive
Multitasking
Team spirit
Spirit of anticipation and strength of proposal
Fluency in the English language is Mandatory
