AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Human Resources Business Partner

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting executives in their roles. Ensuring and coordinating the smooth operation of all HR-related tasks. Optimal filling of open positions in terms of quantity, quality, and timing. Acting as a sparring partner for managers. Providing professional support for the personnel planning process. Ensuring company efficiency by addressing current and future competence requirements of employees. Assisting managers in enhancing and maintaining team performance. Minimizing risks related to labor law. Adjusting headcount according to operational needs. Providing insights and feedback to the company for continuous improvement. Successfully completing projects with appropriate quality and within set timelines to contribute to the company's success.

YOUR PROFILE:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 7 years of extensive professional experience across all aspects of Human Resources. Thorough understanding of labor and social security law, with foundational knowledge of employment tax law. Proven skills in coaching, training, and facilitation. Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy and a strong commitment to confidentiality. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including strong rhetorical skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong customer service orientation and dedication to meeting client needs. Demonstrated capacity for independence and self-motivation. Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is advantageous.
