Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, providing comprehensive HR support, and acting as a consultant on human resources-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Partnership:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Employee Relations:
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct thorough investigations and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Talent Management:
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning efforts to ensure business continuity.
• Performance Management:
• Guide managers in the effective use of performance management processes and tools.
• Support employees in their career development through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
• Organizational Development:
• Assist in the development and implementation of programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive change management initiatives and support employees through transitions.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Provide input on compensation strategies and ensure alignment with market standards.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate with the benefits team to address issues.
• Compliance and Legal:
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English language.
• Experience in the technology or financial services industry within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
