Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Position Overview: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRBP to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our company's culture, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring employee satisfaction. Should be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing all HR functions.
LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Spearhead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, fostering a positive work environment.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programmes, and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
HR Administration: Manage HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, including events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and influence stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in conflict resolution techniques and strategies, with the ability to address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft 365.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years of experience in HR management. (Candidate who is having less than 5 Years experience need not apply)
