Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs and industry trends.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, track key metrics, and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing any compliance issues as they arise.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement programs.
