Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at HELEN AND SONS CONSULTANCY FZC in Sharjah. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training in the company.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Benefits Administration and Training skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
