The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. The HR Assistant will assist in the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions. - Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture. - Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. - Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry. - Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. - Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is highly desirable. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (HRIS) is a plus. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information. - Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
