We are looking for an HR Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the human resources function. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents. - Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations. - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. - Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. - Communicate with public services when necessary. - Work on government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Mowaamah, etc. - Work on employee contracts. Requirements and Skills: - Experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position. - Excellent knowledge of labor laws. - Excellent organizational skills. - Strong communication skills. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). - Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field.
