Role Description
Responsibilities
Responsabilities:
- Administer the exit process upon receiving the termination or resignation till cancelation of visa in coordination with PRD and maintain records for terminated, resigned, absconded, out of the country, legal cases, visa cancelation withhold request and etc...
-Coordinate with payroll division on final settlement preparation and deletion of exit employee's from records.
- Coordinate with IT department on deleting emails and user names.
-Coordinate with camp boss on staff check-in and check-out (Deletion / Vacation)
-Coordinate with terminated employees for their repatriation ticket.
-Initiate & follow up with all departments on clearances.
-Conduct exit interviews. Maintain relevant reports and records.
-Proceed for visa renewal process once obtaining respective supervisor approval.
-Prepare staff letters as per the received staff letter request form.
-Monitor medical insurance addition, deletion and renewal. Review and forward credit and debit note to payroll dept.
-Prepare for employees' uniform issuance and reissuance and manage supplier account
-Create and maintain personal files, and manage ex-employees file archive.
-Issue Company ID as per the request and approval.
-Preparing the invoices in Orion of Uniform, labor camp, medical center, health insurance.
-Perform other related tasks as assigned by HR head and taking the initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
