We are looking for an •experienced and skilled • HR Manager who is successful at finding and placing talent, specifically for a manufacturing business.
You should be very familiar with the UAE labor laws, be very organized, ensuring we are constantly ahead in terms of placing and building a strong team.
You will manage all aspects of HR and be able to independently run the HR function, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
5. Develop training and development programs
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
8. Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
9. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
10. Ensure accurate management of all HR data into the company ERP system.
Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
2. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
3. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures (specifically Dubai and RAK)
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
8. Strong ethics and reliability
9. BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training a plus
10. HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
