As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions and providing administrative support to the HR department. Your role will involve managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance records.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, conducting orientation sessions, and organizing necessary paperwork.
Assist with employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews, processing termination paperwork, and updating employee records accordingly.
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training and development activities.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and legal requirements.
Maintain and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Proven experience as a Human Resources Administrator or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
