:SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
  • Human Resource Support Specialist
  • Working at Dubai, UAE
The role is responsible for overseeing the HR support services across Mammoet International Project business locations in APAC, Middle East, & Africa. This role involves ensuring adherence to and execution of standard HR policies and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, managing HR administration & operations, ensuring compliance, and leading a diverse team of HR to deliver quality & consistent HR services across the business locations.
WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data & records management, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle administration support, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with location/region HR business partners to support workforce planning and address employee relations issues.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across countries.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex HR issues and ensure their timely resolution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR support services team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators.
WHAT YOU\'LL NEED
  • Professional level experience in organization and job design, organizational development, employment law, HR systems and MS Office suite.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
  • Experience with HR technology and systems (e.g., SAP Success factor).
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries, particularly in APAC and MEA regions.
  • Working knowledge of Employment laws and regulations.
