1.Execute recruitment matters
2.Collaborate with department heads and team leaders, and understand business objectives as well as develop HR strategies that support these goals.
3.Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices to achieve business objectives.
4.Handle basic personnel management for employees.
5.Develop relevant programs within the organization to promote corporate culture and values.
6.Develop and implement employee development plans, including but not limited to training and career development.
7.Support KPI evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
8.Support the development and implementation of company-wide HR plans and initiatives.
9.Use HR analytics to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve HR practices.
\xe3\x80\x90Qualifications\xe3\x80\x91
1.Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in related fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
2.3-5 years of administrative or recruitment experience preferred. Proficiency in creating presentations and reports, and experience in the software information industry is a plus.
3.Proactive, high stress tolerance, strong learning ability, excellent communication and expression skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
4.Proficient in computer documentation, familiar with office software such as PPT, Excel, and Word.
