Qualification:
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Has background in using various hiring platforms, candidate screening, and handling company events and trainings
• Can join immediately or on short notice
:
• Identify current and future hiring needs, advertise job openings online and handling the onboarding process.
• Update and draft job descriptions
• Ensure implementation of the company training
• Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process
• Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
• Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
• Coordinate and assist in the company events
• Assist the HR team with any work required
