The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the company.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up initial resources and accommodation in the designated city/country.
Hiring, managing, and admitting employees locally and from other countries if required.
Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
Processing and analyzing all internal expenses to ensure all activities are on time and within budget.
Conducting reviews and reporting cost plans to upper management.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity.
Work with the board of directors to determine the mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Ideal Profile
Good communication skills in English (written and oral) and Arabic language are required to work closely with teams and key stakeholders both locally and globally.
+5 years of working experience in the designated city/country (Dubai).
+3 years of experience in an HR/Admin/Operational management role.
Strong skills in budget development.
Good sense of labor market and current best practices.
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
Working knowledge of business productivity measurement.
Working knowledge of management software such as HRIS, Payroll, etc.
Organizational and leadership skills.
Pro-active, adaptive, and flexible mindset.
Experience with startup companies and/or IT companies.
