We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in human resources and in-depth knowledge of departmental functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our organization\'s human resources activities while understanding the unique needs and requirements of different departments.Location: Abu DhabiWorking days - (Sunday - Friday- alternate Sunday working, Saturday -Fixed off)UAE Driving License is mandatory.Experience in Manual Payroll and ESOB required.Industry Experience - AnyGender - AnyKey Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbfRecruitment and Onboarding:- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.Employee Relations:- Foster positive relationships between employees and management.- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assess morale.- Departmental Collaboration:Develop a deep understanding of the functions and goals of each department.- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with departmental objectives.- Provide HR support tailored to the specific needs of each department.- Training and Development:Identify training needs within departments and coordinate relevant programs.- Work with departmental leaders to create career development plans for employees.- Implement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across departments.Policy Development and Compliance:- Develop and update HR policies in accordance with labor laws and organizational needs.- Ensure departmental compliance with HR policies and procedures.- Advise departmental heads on HR-related legal issues.
