Candidate must be capable of efficiently supporting and leading your team to deliver the following:
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Manage all personnel records to include all internal databases.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
Assist in preparing HR documents, visa renewal, employment contracts and new hire processes for new staff recruitment both local and international hire.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Establish on-boarding/induction processes and protocols.
Payroll Management
Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Other related duties as required
Requirements
HR candidate with homecare experience
Have Knowledge in accounting and pro also
Proven work experience at a minimum HR supervisory level
Excellent computer literacy with MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and delegate to your team
Outstanding communication skills are a must to deliver this role
Strong interpersonal skills
