Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Staff Management: Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and support to nurses and other homecare staff. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all HR practices comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
