Description: 1) General Office Administration of the Office & Restaurant 2) Handling of Recruitment Conducting Reference Checks, Exit Interviews, Analyzes Data & makes recommendations to the management team for correct actions & continuous improvement 3) Maintain structured policies and procedures for the Organisation and develop HR strategy 4) Build performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunities 5) Training & development of all employees including leadership development & Personality Traits 6) Conduct department meetings with all department once in month. 7) Handling Payroll of the Organisation Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions 8) Drive employee engagement initiatives Qualification & Experience required for the role: 1) Only Bahrain Nationals may apply. 2) Restaurant/ Food industry experience is a must for this role. 3) Degree holder with HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) 4) 5+ years having a Management role in all HR functions & HR admin 5) Well Versed with Bahrain Labor Law 6) Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities 7) Team management skills Please send your CV
