Job Description
A First Class chain of Restaurants in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking for a Human Resource Manager (Bahrain National only). Description: General Office Administration of the Office & Restaurant Handling of Recruitment Conducting Reference Checks, Exit Interviews, Analyzes Data & makes recommendations to the management team for correct actions & continuous improvement Maintain structured policies and procedures for the Organisation and develop HR strategy Build performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunities Training & development of all employees including leadership development & Personality Traits Conduct department meetings with all department once in month. Handling Payroll of the Organisation Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions Drive employee engagement initiatives Qualification & Experience required for the role: Only Bahrain Nationals may apply. Restaurant/ Food industry experience is a must for this role. Degree holder with HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) 5+ years having a Management role in all HR functions & HR admin Well Versed with Bahrain Labor Law Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Team management skills Please send your CV
