We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, on boarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates Oversee employee on boarding and orientation programs Implement performance management processes to ensure high performance and employee development Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and employment laws Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems Requirements: Minimum two-year experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Hospitality Industry Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
