Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. - Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to management and employees to facilitate professional development and growth. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. - Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs. - Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive employee relations atmosphere. - Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. - Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to senior management on workforce trends and areas for improvement. - Support organizational change initiatives and culture development efforts to enhance business performance. - Collaborate with management to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the real estate industry or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation in the UAE. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to inform decision-making. - Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a solid understanding of performance management systems. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team management.
