InvesQ Property Brokerage L.L.C is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment, hiring process and onboarding process

- Provide orientation for new employees and explain benefit programs

- Maintain human resources records and track employee attendance, vacation, and sick time

- Assess training needs and monitor training programs

- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation

- Carry out necessary administrative duties

- Conduct performance and salary reviews and report to management

- Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness

- Create clear and concise reports

- Ensure compliance with HR labor laws and regulations

- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance

- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures

- Maintain employee and workplace privacy

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Possess experience in human resources or a related field

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

- Experience in educating and coaching staff

- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations

- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws

- Ability to give presentations

- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Good communication skills

- Excellent emotional intelligence

- Critical observation

- Excellent decision-making skills

- Collaboration skills

- Knowledge of/experience with UAE Labor laws & Real Estate
