Role Overview:
As a Human Resources Manager at Great Look Medical Supplies, you will play a pivotal role in representing our company's vision, values, and commitments through your professional interactions. As the HR Manager, you will be essential in aligning our human resources with our strategic objectives, nurturing a positive work environment, and promoting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the medical aesthetics industry.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
- Conduct necessary investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluations and career development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and resolve any related issues.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management.

Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and implement employee development plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a diverse team environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Proficiency in evaluating and improving HR processes and policies.
- Knowledge of UAE labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software applications.
