We are looking for an Enthusiastic Human Resource Manager for one of our client's in Dubai.

Roles & Responsibilities;

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Requirements;

• Minimum 5+ years of Experience in HR Field.
• Good Experience in Food & Beverage Industry.
• Experience in Planning & execution of HR strategy, policies & procedures.
• Experience in Level of staff satisfaction & engagement.
• Should have good Experience in problem solving and dispute resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
