Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Dubai at City Seasons Hotels. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overseeing HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Experience in managing employee benefits and benefits administration Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in UAE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Undertake tasks around performance management Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews File and update all Employee related documents in their personal files and HRMS, to ensure compliance with Company standards. Prepare all necessary documents of new joiners to ensure payroll activation and the smooth integration of the new Employees to the team.
