:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Manzil Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations specific to the Dubai market. You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to employee development and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the best talent is hired for Manzil Asset Management.
• Onboard new employees and assist in their integration into the company culture.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees regarding policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
• Monitor and manage employee performance, implementing effective performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs to foster employee growth.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, appraisals, and personal details.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
• Handle any other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on hiring and HR operations in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, and other HR tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in the real estate or property management sector.
