Job Title: HR Executive
Experience Required: 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll management and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
