Human Resource Executive Arabic Speaking
Job Description
We're looking for HR Executive (Dubai) to join our team at Passion F & B Management Consultancies.
• Experience: 1- 3 UAE experience
• Location: Dubai
• Language: Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) Mandatory
• Working days - Monday - Friday
• Visa Status - Own visa / Husband sponsored visa preferred.
• Joining - Immediate
Responsibilities:
• Must have working experience in UAE.
• Good knowledge about UAE Labor laws.
• Experience in Recruitment and other HR activities.
• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in coordination with the concerned departments
• Experience in F & B industry will be added advantage.
• Expertise in managing the employee life cycle, attendance and leave management, HR reporting, employee relations, and staff development, visa processing.
• Attending and understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them
• Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
