### Responsibilities:
• Design and implement HR strategies that support the company's objectives and values.
• Oversee the hiring process, including posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new team members.
• Work closely with department heads to assess staffing needs and manage workforce planning effectively.
• Create and promote employee engagement programs to build a positive work environment.
• Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, disciplinary procedures, and managing grievances.
• Lead the performance management process, such as setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
• Organize training and development programs to boost employee skills and support career advancement.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
### Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management with increasing responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
