Salary Range: AED 4000 - 5000

Working Hours: 8 hours

: We are on the lookout for a Human Resource Professional with a strong background in personnel management and a proven track record in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza). The ideal candidate will bring expertise, a passion for HR, and the ability to navigate a diverse work environment with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee various HR initiatives and daily operations within the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements. Manage recruitment, selection, orientation, and training processes. Develop and maintain a positive work culture and environment.

Candidate Requirements: At least 2 years of Jafza experience in HR. Indian nationality, under the age of 40. Mandatory fluency in Hindi; proficiency in English is required, and Arabic is an added benefit. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
