Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrolment.
Employee Relations:
o Provide support to employees with inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
o Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Benefits Administration:
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
o Process employee benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews.
o Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
o Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
o Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
o A positive and collaborative attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
