Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team in the automotive industry. This role will act as a key liaison between HR and business operations, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive sector and possess a deep understanding of HR practices tailored to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Business Alignment & HR Strategy :
• Partner with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies to support business goals.
• Develop and execute HR initiatives that align with company objectives and culture, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management :
• Act as a trusted advisor for managers on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Lead performance management processes, supporting managers in setting KPIs and providing feedback to employees.
• Facilitate and manage annual review processes, including talent assessment and succession planning.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention :
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract, interview, and onboard top talent in line with organizational needs.
• Develop and implement retention strategies tailored to the automotive industry, focusing on employee satisfaction and career development.
• Learning & Development :
• Identify and address skills gaps through targeted training and development programs for both technical and non-technical staff.
• Work with department leads to assess and develop career paths, mentorship programs, and succession plans.
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures within the automotive sector.
• Lead benefits programs, working with employees to ensure understanding and optimization of benefits offerings.
• Data Analysis & HR Reporting :
• Use HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics, employee satisfaction surveys, and other relevant data to guide business decisions.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience with HRIS, ideally with experience in platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
