Develops strong, trusted partnerships with executive leaders and their leadership teams to understand, guide, and advise on strategic business and people matters
Partners with business leaders to develop comprehensive strategic workforce plans designed to clients have the talent and organizational capabilities required to achieve both short-term and longer-term business objectives
Leads efforts to establish a robust talent management process designed to ensure a robust leadership pipeline exists for critical leadership roles across the business
Champions diversity, inclusion, and belonging and drives our D&I goals and initiatives
Understands and monitors workforce trends using data to develop action plans which increase overall employee engagement and retention. Drives culture change and models Air Products leadership practices.
Partners with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive market pay, incentives, and retention packages are effective in meeting business needs
Provides senior management with analytical information and insights to facilitate business decisions.
Collaborates with COEs and MyHR in the design, development, and implementation of talent and organizational solutions
Maintains knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks and applicable employment legislation and laws to ensure compliance. Understands policies and practices where there is critical mass of employees in organizations supported.
