JOB TITLE Human Capital Business Partner | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Asset Management Business UnitROLE SUMMARY The Human Capital Business Partner role serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human capital priorities with the organization's goals. The role encompasses the full spectrum of Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities, while also playing a critical central role leading initiatives such as succession planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and data-driven analytics.ROLE PROFILE
Serve as a reliable Human Capital advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Manage succession planning for the business unit, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for key roles.
Address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Work with managers to identify and fill talent gaps, implementing effective recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
Develop workforce planning strategies to meet present and future business requirements.
Supervise the preparation and management of the HR budget, aligning it with organizational financial objectives.
Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a high-performance and inclusive culture.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferred).
8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP, talent management, and workforce planning.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
Expertise in succession planning, budgeting, and workforce planning processes.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
