The Human Capital Business Partner role serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning human capital priorities with the organization's goals. The role encompasses the full spectrum of Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities, while also playing a critical central role leading initiatives such as succession planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and data-driven analytics.ROLE PROFILE

• Serve as a reliable Human Capital advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Manage succession planning for the business unit, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for key roles.
• Address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
• Work with managers to identify and fill talent gaps, implementing effective recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to meet present and future business requirements.
• Supervise the preparation and management of the HR budget, aligning it with organizational financial objectives.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a high-performance and inclusive culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
• Expertise in succession planning, budgeting, and workforce planning processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
