Job Description

We're seeking a skilled HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing HubSpot CRM solutions and templates. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

_Key Responsibilities:_

- Implement and manage HubSpot CRM platform, including setup, customization, and maintenance

- Develop and implement HubSpot templates for sales, marketing, and customer service teams

- Integrate HubSpot with other business systems and tools

- Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices

- Analyze data and provide insights to improve sales, marketing, and customer service performance

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows in HubSpot

- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest features and best practices

_Requirements:_

- Proven track record of implementing HubSpot CRM solutions (minimum 2 years)

- Strong understanding of HubSpot's features, including sales, marketing, and customer service tools

- Experience with HubSpot template development and customization

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and training skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, etc.)

_Nice to Have:_

- HubSpot certification (e.g., HubSpot CRM certification)

- Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)

- Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement strategies
