Join our dynamic team where your sales skills drive success, innovation and unlimited growth potential! As an HTC Sales Expert, you will be responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of the Showroom and Villa sales department.

Responsible for maximizing showroom and villa sales and profitability.
Ensures that all customers are provided with excellent customer service.
Responsible and accountable to increase the footfall to the showroom by direct visit to the site such as villa owners.
To lead the showroom in achieving the budgets and/or other set of objectives.
Strive Showroom & villa sales by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer projects needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly.
Promote quality and value selling to the customers. Responsible for targets with respect to revenue, gross profits and with a key focus on promoting/upselling the key product categories.
Formulating strategies to increase the footfalls to the showroom.
Prepare and submit MMR reports.
Regulate Showroom inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Build good relations with potential and existing clients comprising of mainly Jeddah villa customers, paint applicators and BTL customers.
Executing the customer satisfaction survey to measure the satisfaction of the walk-in customers.
Extensive use of Hempel sales tools in order to carry out the sales job efficiently and effectively, this includes optimum use of CRM opportunity management to report the business pipeline, lead generations, update client data base, registering daily sales activities.
The role will be based in Jeddah will report into the Trade Sales Manager.
You should also have the following qualifications:
Equivalent or University degree in Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in sales within a retail industry would be preferred
Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable.
Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
Proficiency in English & Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX).
