Our clients include multinationals and SMEs, governments, non-governmental organisations, supra-nationals, and non-governmental organisations.The HSSEQ Compliance Coordinator is the designated Safety point for the project and is responsible for Risk Management, Safety Reporting, Incident Management, Crisis Management, Audit and Quality Compliance. The HSSEQ Compliance Manager will be responsible during the initial stages for writing, issuing and controlling bespoke Project Specific SOPs and Procedures.QualificationsThe key roles and responsibilities of the HSSE Compliance Coordinator is:
Overall Safety Management of the vessel and crew.
Incident Manager for all emergencies, incidents related to safety and responses.
Report, investigate and manage all incidents related to HSSEQ elements.
Security designated POC. Be responsible for the support to the ships management team related to security of the vessel and deployments.
Act as the Auditor for Field Project Audit from an operational and clinical perspective to ensure all activities are at the required standard and level of compliance.
Ensure all SOP Compliance is in place for adherence and application of procedures and processes & act as the onboard Quality Coordinator for all activities.
Environmental champion allocated to the project responsible for all activities that can provide environmental impacts and provide advise and assistance to the ships company.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years HSE offshore experience on a vessel or ship.
Licence HSE professional with experience to provide offshore safety training
Excellent communication skills.
Good IT, planning and coordination skills
Offshore BOSIET/HUET training mandatory entry requirements
