Job Title: HSE Trainer - (NMDC) Aramco/Adnoc Approved

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team. The HSE Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering health, safety, and environmental training programs to our employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in occupational health and safety practices, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of engaging diverse groups of learners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive HSE training programs and materials based on organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on topics such as workplace safety protocols, hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and environmental protection.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessment tools, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HSE training and incorporate these into training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation as per organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related matters as needed.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an HSE Trainer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in occupational health and safety training.
• Train the Trainer, NEBOSH, IOSH (Mandatory) Certification(s).
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
