HSE Trainer - ABCL Safety Consultants

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

ABCL Safety Consultants is an EIAC-approved third-party inspection and certification company, providing expert services for lifting equipment, pressure equipment, PPE, and various tools and machinery. We are also KHDA-approved to offer HSE training and certification across the UAE. We work with clients in both mainland and free zones, and hold various approvals.

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled HSE Trainer to join us. If you have a passion for safety and a strong background in HSE training, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality HSE training programs, including but not limited to:
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) operator training (forklifts, cranes, etc.)
• Chemical/Dangerous Goods handling
• Riggers, scaffolders, and confined space workers training
• First Aid, Firefighting, and other safety training
• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions that meet KHDA and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update training materials and course content as per the latest industry standards.
• Assess and evaluate trainees to ensure competence and compliance.
• Maintain training records and provide certification in line with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training services with client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Certified HSE trainer with recognized certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• First Aid and Highfield Training Approval is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering HSE training.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations, KHDA guidelines, and other applicable standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct training in both theoretical and practical environments.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
