We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HSE training programs and possess a strong background in safety practices. The HSE Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions to various industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and deliver HSE training programs.
• Conduct training sessions for employees or workers at all levels on HSE topics.
• Assess training needs and customize programs to meet specific industry requirements.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with current HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or any related field.
• Certified HSE Trainer with recognized certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HSE training and safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in training within specific industries such as construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
