Hopes Safety Consultancy LLC seeks an experienced Health and Safety Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of site-specific safety protocols, and a proven track record of successful training delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for clients

2. Conduct site-specific training sessions

3. Develop and update training materials

4. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback

5. Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs

Requirements

2+ years of experience in health and safety training

2. In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

3. Proven site training experience

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

5. Ability to travel to client sites (if required)

Qualifications

1. Any HSE certification or equivalent

2. Relevant degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
