Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct HSE training sessions in

First Aid, Fire Safety, Rigging & Lifting, Scaffolding, PTW, Confined Space, and Work at Height

Deliver both

classroom-based and practical hands-on training

sessions Ensure compliance with

local and international safety regulations

Adapt training materials as per client and industry-specific needs Maintain

accurate training records, attendance logs, certification tracking, and approvals

Issue

certificates and training IDs

to participants Prepare

training reports

and support

training audits

Manage

training schedules and logistics

as per business needs Ensure training programs align with

local and international regulations

Support

internal and external audits

related to HSE training compliance Keep training content updated based on regulatory changes

Qualifications & Requirements:

Train-the-Trainer (TTT) mandatory

Diploma/ Degree in any Engineering Qualifications Nebosh IGC, OSHA, IOSH MS, ISO. OSH Level 6 is an advantage

Valid driving license

is an advantage

Fluent in Hindi & English (mandatory)

2-3 years of experience

in HSE training within construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments

Flexibility

to work as per training schedules Strong communication and presentation skills
