Our client, a leader in the industry, is looking for a proactive professional to develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. This role is pivotal in promoting a strong safety culture, managing risks effectively, and ensuring strict compliance with industry and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE legal compliance register.- Lead workplace safety assessments and proactive hazard mitigation strategies.- Foster employee engagement through impactful HSE initiatives and awareness programs.- Develop and implement emergency procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Maintain and upgrade fire and safety equipment, ensuring alignment with technological advancements.- Oversee waste management systems to minimize environmental impact.- Design and deliver effective HSE training sessions for staff at all levels.- Investigate incidents thoroughly, ensuring corrective actions are executed and lessons learned are communicated.- Maintain detailed records for audits, inspections, incidents, and drills.- Conduct HSE compliance audits and comprehensive risk assessments.- Lead, evaluate, and enhance emergency mock drills for improved readiness.Requirements- Experience: 3-4 years in an HSE supervisory role within industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.- Education: Bachelors degree in a related field.- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, Basic First Aid, and Fire Safety certification.Benefits- Attractive Salary & BenefitsJoin an employer that places a premium on safety, sustainability, and employee well-being.
