Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, knowledge of ISO standards, EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Center) procedures, and a solid understanding of office operations. Preference will be given to candidates who are Arabic speakers and have a certification in safety.
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative support to the management and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
• Ensure smooth office operations by managing office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents as required by the department.
• Assist in ISO documentation management and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Support the implementation of EIAC accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with the accreditation guidelines.
• Coordinate with external agencies, clients, and vendors as required.
• Assist in managing health and safety protocols within the office, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities and transactions.
• Provide assistance to the team in preparing for audits and compliance checks related to ISO and EIAC standards.
• Perform other administrative duties as required by the management.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or ISO-certified environment.
• Experience with EIAC procedures or similar accreditation processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other ISO standards is essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is preferred.
• Certification in safety (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, First Aid) is a plus .
Skills & Competencies :
• Language : Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Technical : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ISO Knowledge : Familiarity with ISO documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
• EIAC Knowledge : Understanding of the EIAC accreditation process and guidelines.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving : Ability to identify issues and provide solutions effectively.
