Establishes methods that ensure alignment with company safety expectations.
Provides strategic leadership regarding safety across all assigned business units.
Partners closely with all levels of leadership to create, maintain and improve client's safety environment.
Assists, plans, and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including, but not limited to, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Aramco HSERM etc.
Works with customers to address HSE related concerns.
Coordinates and manages emergency response efforts in the event on injuries or environmental events.
Serves as SME and company representative for litigation.
Provides guidance and support to Human Resources in Workers Compensation cases.
Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with human resources as appropriate.
