Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and proactive HSE Officer to join our construction team. As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety management and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve safety performance.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.
Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents, and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
Stay current with changes in safety regulations and industry standards, and communicate updates to the team.
