This role involves compliance with UAE laws and SAIF Zone regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Implementation:

Develop and enforce HSE policies in line with UAE laws and SAIF Zone regulations.

Risk Assessment:

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.

Site Inspections:

Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any violations.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend preventive actions.

Training and Awareness:

Provide HSE training to employees and promote awareness of safety practices.

Emergency Preparedness:

Develop and implement emergency response plans, including conducting regular drills.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated with local HSE regulations and ensure organizational adherence.

Reporting:

Maintain records of incidents, inspections, and training sessions; prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and SAIF Zone regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This role is crucial in fostering a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the SAIF Zone.

Timings : 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) - Full Time
